The traditional Aga breakfast

If you are looking for the healthy version of the good old English fry up, then the Aga breakfast is the answer.

The ingredients which make up the cooked breakfast are either cooked on top of or in the Aga with a minimum of fat. All the grilling takes place in the Aga oven and the eggs are fried directly on the hot plate without any fat! So you can enjoy a holiday treat without  feeling guilty.
